寶貝一拿到了這本書就很喜歡。雖然比平時(shí)聽的英文繪本要難很多，但是光看插圖就很喜歡，如果不想說英文，直接說成中文故事也很不錯(cuò)。這只與眾不同的Elmer小象，像極了我們身邊的每個(gè)小寶貝們，教會(huì)孩子們?nèi)绾握J(rèn)識(shí)到自己的特別和認(rèn)可自己，很有寓意的一本親子繪本。這本David McKee的Elmer25周年紀(jì)念版，非常不錯(cuò)??，推薦！

躺在床上準(zhǔn)備睡覺的妞一眼瞥見這本書時(shí)，激動(dòng)得差點(diǎn)從床上跳起來，堅(jiān)決要求媽媽拿給她看。好容易勸得她躺下，媽媽在燈下讀上文，她躺著也能接下文，說是已聽得熟爛。
這一本是說，elmer有一天遇見了一頭粉色的小象，在送小象回家的過程中，elmer發(fā)現(xiàn)：在自己和灰象的眼中，粉象是特別的；而在粉象眼中，灰象才是特別的，有色象們卻是普羅大眾。

非常適合有一定英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)3-6歲的小朋友閱讀，故事性極強(qiáng)也不失幽默感，尤其那只花格子的大象塑造的形象真的很討小朋友喜歡，在“Elmer’s best joke”那天，所有大象都會(huì)將自己染色，于是就有了五顏六色的大象，看的不亦樂乎。全篇偶爾有一兩個(gè)不懂的單詞，但看畫面也能理解整體的意思。
