這本繪本可以說(shuō)是小朋友們?cè)趯W(xué)校日常生活的一個(gè)縮影哦,所以在讀這本繪本的時(shí)候,小朋友們一定都會(huì)有身臨其境的感覺(jué)的,又或者說(shuō),小朋友們看到這只小老鼠仿佛就是看到了自己呢!
米粒媽之前介紹的TPR中的主要方法
TPR-O (TPR with Objects)
objects即是實(shí)物,也就是說(shuō)大家在給小朋友們讀繪本的時(shí)候,可以找出我們生活中的一些實(shí)物放在桌子上,比如今天的繪本我們就可以找出一只toy mouse(玩具老鼠),還有notebook(筆記本)以及pencils(鉛筆)等等等等。然后我們可以讓小朋友們聽(tīng)與這些物品相關(guān)聯(lián)的動(dòng)作和行為等的簡(jiǎn)單描述。
比如我們可以說(shuō):This is a notebook. Where is the notebook?(這是一本筆記本。筆記本在哪呢?)并用動(dòng)作指出。然后讓小朋友們做動(dòng)作表示,比如:Smell it.?Give it to me.?Touch it.(聞一聞。把它給我。摸摸它。)等相關(guān)的句子。TPR-O的關(guān)鍵是將表示動(dòng)作的動(dòng)詞和實(shí)物名詞相關(guān)聯(lián)用動(dòng)作表述。
TPR-P (TPR with Pictures)
pictures即是圖畫(huà),也就是說(shuō)大家在給小朋友們讀繪本的時(shí)候,可以對(duì)繪本里的一些圖片(生活中的照片啊,其實(shí)都是可以的),比如物品、人物、動(dòng)作等等進(jìn)行描述。比如我們今天的繪本里,小老鼠在打籃球,我們就可以從:This is a mouse. Where is the mouse? What is he doing? He is playing basketball. (這是一只老鼠。老鼠在哪呢?它在做什么?它在打籃球。)等等不斷擴(kuò)展延伸,直到可以更復(fù)雜地對(duì)其他背景信息進(jìn)行描述。比如穿的服裝以及周?chē)沫h(huán)境等等。
TPR-S (TPR with Stories)
stories我們都知道是故事的意思。這種教學(xué)方法被Blaine Ray首先在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中開(kāi)發(fā)并使用,后被推廣至美國(guó)的小學(xué)中廣泛使用。它的主要方法是教師用學(xué)生基本可以理解的詞匯,通過(guò)動(dòng)作和道具表演出一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的小故事。
比如我們今天的繪本,大家就可以給小朋友們準(zhǔn)備一些基本詞匯和道具,通過(guò)小老鼠在繪本中的各個(gè)動(dòng)作還有這些小道具,我們就可以讓小朋友們把故事表演出來(lái)啦!這種教學(xué)法的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)是生動(dòng)和有趣。在操作的時(shí)候,我們也可以先讓小朋友們先熟悉故事內(nèi)容以幫助他們理解,然后再開(kāi)始表演啦。
以上的幾種教學(xué)法都是可以同時(shí)組合使用的,要點(diǎn)就是盡量少用用中文進(jìn)行解釋?zhuān)∵@樣非常有利于激發(fā)小朋友們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,比枯燥的進(jìn)行繪本講解效果要好太多啦! Now, mommy has a question for you: The little lamb followed Mary to school, and this was against the school rules. What if someone took a mouse to school?
Kid: Mommy, what? Someone took a mouse to school?
Mom: Yep!
Kid: That was impossible, mommy!
