68 The Five Brothers (RAZ H)

Long ago, five brothers in China looked alike. First Brother was strong. Second Brother could fly. Third Brother could hear everything. Fourth Brother had an iron - hard body. Fifth Brother could hold his breath, and his tears became a river.
Once, Fifth Brother picked an apple from the garden of the magistrate.
The magistrate put Fifth Brother in jail.
The magistrate told Fifth Brother to get a treasure from Fire Island. Then he would be free. Fire Island was on a lake. A dragon watched the treasure.
That night, far away, Third Brother heard Fifth Brother call for help. The brothers wanted to help him get the treasure.
Second Brother flew the brothers to Fire Island. They hid. Second Brother flew to Fifth Brother. He told him their plan.
The next day, the magistrate watched Fifth Brother dive into the lake. Fifth Brother held his breath.
The magistrate watched as Fourth Brother led the dragon on a chase. It blew fire at his iron - hard body. He did not feel it. The dragon became tired.
The magistrate watched First Brother toss the dragon and take the treasure.
The magistrate watched First Brother dive into the lake. He did not see First Brother give the treasure to Fifth Brother.
Fifth Brother came out of the water. He gave the treasure to the magistrate. The magistrate thought Fifth Brother had many powers. He would not let Fifth Brother go.
Fifth Brother began to cry. His tears became a river that took the magistrate away.
The brothers went home. Fifth Brother said he would not eat from a strange garden again.
