susan:Today we're going to read this book It’s called up and down, remember, we played this game a long time ago,up down, up down ,up up down ,up and down,hey, Are they going up? I see an escalator, escalator, This is an escalator, what can an escalator do? This is really cool, you know, you can stand on it, and you don't need to walk, just put your hand on the handrail and just stand,it will take you up, this is what an escalator can do, ok ,Where is mom, and where is dad, where are they? let me take a look?  I think they are in a department store, do you know what is a department store. In a department store, you can see many many shops,ok, for example, I like ice cream shops, but I still like ice cream shop. But I don't think mom and dad are going to look for ice cream or bananas. Let’s see what they want to buy, ok? Now look there's a shop guide, the shop guide. Here we see level 1, level, 2 level 3, what do they mean? Oh the floors. We have the first floor, the second floor and the third floor, and they sell different things, look! On the third floor, you can buy books. on the second floor, you can buy clothes, and on the first floor, you can buy hardware. What is hardware? I'll tell you later, ok?

Like a model, they are not real people, they are just. Wait a minute. Why was Mom going up? Mom couldn't see Dad. Oh mom didn’t see Dad. So mom thought where is Daddy? maybe he is still looking for a book ，maybe I can join him. So mommy went on the escalator and she went up. Wait a minute, I think I see daddy here.  They missed each other. They didn’t see each other. Oh no. And Dad is looking at a tie. And mom went up. She went up.

Wait a minute. So they waited for each other for sometime and they didn't find each other .so mom went down and Dad went up. Hey you! What! Wait a minute. This is so funny. They went on the opposite the escalators.

wait a minute this time. dad went down mum went up, Mom got crazy. Hey could you stop there? Stop moving!

Nonononono, stop! She said. Stop, don’t move. Mom came down. And dad got up ok, I’m gonna wait for you here.
