Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose met Jud in the high school at noon.
Jud and Dean bought Tyrone the Tyrannosaurus. Dean developed a computer program to make him move and talk. They made money by taking him around the country and collecting donations to build a little museum in the future.
Tyrone gave the crowds lots of information about dinosaurs.
Jud, Scoop, and Dean wrote down everything that’s happened since they pulled in here yesterday.
The children wanted to search the duffle bag in old Tyrone the T. rex. But Tyrone was surrounded by yellow crime-scene tape. No one’s supposed to go past the tape. And then, Officer Fallon must be holding Dean as a suspect.
Jud, Scoop, and Dean will leave tomorrow, so the children needed to search for the duffle bag tonight.
The children searched for the duffle bag in Tyrone, but they couldn’t find it. And they were stuck in Tyrone.
Finally, they found the duffle bag in the garden shed. A green Band-Aid was stuck to the side of the duffel bag. Jud, Scoop, and Dean all wore these Band-Aids.
Scoop was the thief.
