故事開始于一個炎熱的日子，每個人都被熱得難受。爸爸躺在椅子上，Biff 在喝冷飲，Chip 甚至躺在狗狗 Floppy 身上，他們都吐出舌頭散熱。孩子們想去游泳，可爸爸覺得天氣炎熱，去游泳的路上肯定會交通擁堵，便拒絕了。

不過 Biff 想出了一個好辦法，她拿出了戲水池開始充氣，Kipper 則幫忙把水池注滿水。Chip 在一旁看著，突然他把 Biff 推進了水里，接著又抓住水管，就這樣一...

這一本辰辰超級喜歡，玩水是孩子們的最愛了，何況打水仗。大熱天的孩子們很想去游泳，想到交通堵塞，爸爸拒絕了。于是在自家院子里安上了充氣的padding pool，biff被chip推了進去，chip還用水管噴了kipper，于是一場混戰(zhàn)開始了。媽媽也不能幸免，爸爸前來阻止，結(jié)果也參加了進來?？墒菦]想到，那桶潑向chip的水，淋在了鄰居的頭上，哈哈！
