美國諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)得主約翰·史坦貝克（John Steinbeck，1902-1968）的傳記。

整本傳記以作品為中心勾勒出史坦貝克的一生，讀過他的作品后，再讀此書會比較有興趣，或許還可以從中找到自己感興趣的下一部作品，選出兩本：（1）Travels with Charley（2）Tortilla Flat。順便知道美國諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)獲得者第一人辛克萊·劉易斯（Sinclair Lewis，1885-1951）。
