讀英文版的《三體》，一是為中國科幻作家的作品得到國際大獎感到自豪，二是好奇這部大作翻譯成英文后，會呈現(xiàn)出怎樣的風格。整部作品英語難度不算大，語言也是非常流暢的，但讀到和文革相關(guān)的那一部分時，孩子不斷地和我說，感覺語言很Chinglish。其實這部作品的翻譯者Ken Liu是哈佛大學英美文學專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生，自身也是一位科幻作家和雨果獎獲得者，因此，他的英文語言功底應(yīng)該是非常扎實深厚的，我和孩子一起認真閱讀了Ken的翻譯后記，看到了他在翻譯過程中的糾結(jié)和思考，他最后為自己設(shè)定的準則...
