This book is about a girl named Wanda who doesn't like to speak. She is being bullied by two girls named Peggy and Madeline (Maddie for short). They bullied Wanda because she is very poor. She wants to join the other kids to play. She said she had one hundred dresses to get their attention. But the girls started teasing her about her clothes.
I feel that one shouldn't judge and tease other people because they are poor. This hurts other people's feelings. When Wanda moved away, she showed them one hundred dresses she drew, these kids realized they were wrong and should not tease Wanda. This is good.
I recommend this book to people who are being bullied and who bullied others at school.
