When Jack and Annie were walking home from the grocery store, Jack saw a deer. They followed it to the tree house. This time, Jack and Annie would go to the Africa to find the answer of the fourth riddle. At the plain of the Africa, they saw thousands of zebras, gazelles and millions of wildebeest would migrate from Tanzania to Kenya. Annie wanted to help animals go across the river, but she fell into the mud. Jack pulled her out. An elephant gave them a shower one by one. Then Jack and Annie saw a gray little bird - honey guide. The honey guide helped Jack and Annie find the honeycomb. Jack and Annie also found the answer of the fourth riddle. It was HONEY. When they wanted to go home, they met a warrior and sent him their bread. Under the tree house, the lions were sleeping and the hyenas was staring at them. A giraffe helped them back to the tree house. They went home successfully.

孩子很喜歡《綠山墻的安妮》這本書，中文版的看了很多遍。這本簡寫后的英文版就很容易看懂，有單詞，片語，課后給出一些小問題，而且還有音頻，完全可以自己獨立學習。雖然是簡寫，但是故事的流暢很好，配圖也不錯。如果有機會還能根據(jù)這本書排英文小劇。
