英文繪本主題（8）—Safety ② Stranger

Never, Ever Talk to Strangers !!!?  

?Recently, quite a few girls have been kidnapped or killed by evil strangers, who are either rapers or madmen. ?  

?Why couldn’t these girls protect themselves? Personally, I think that their parents and our school system are at least partly responsible for the tragedies.  

Did we plant a sense of personal safety in them in their early childhood? Do we have powerful laws to safeguard our children?! I’m afraid that you knowbetter than I do!? ? ? 

?OK, let’s get down to business and work out some guidelines on personal safety for the very young.?  
?Tell them: 
?1. Stay near Daddy and/or Mummy in busy places. 
?2. Play only in familiar areas.? 
3. Don’t answer the door at home unless they are with parents. 
?4. Never accept any food or a ride from someone they don’t know.? 
5. Take no detours on their way to school and on their way home. ?  

?Talk about personal safety with your kids in a positive, non-scary way. Therefore, they can gain more confidence through learning safety rules, which should not be a source of fear. ? ?Help your children make the important distinctions between goodies--people who are safe and potential baddies whom they should avoid.? ? 

To get your kids well-prepared for various situations, you can launch creative role-playing at home. This will effectively help them face and understand the challenging problems of personal safety.? ?? ?Dear parents,it’shigh time you honed and sharpened your children’s EQ ,which can more or less help them when encountering potential danger.?  

?Please take extra care of your kids!!!?
