Sandro Botticelli (Italian: [?sandro botti?t??lli]), was an Italian painter of the Early Renaissance. He belonged to the Florentine School under the patronage of Lorenzo de' Medici, a movement that Giorgio Vasari would characterize less than a hundred years later in his Vita of Botticelli as a "golden age". Botticelli's posthumous reputation suffered until the late 19th century; since then, his work has been seen to represent the linear grace of Early Renaissance painting.
桑德羅·波提切利（Sandro Botticelli；Alessandro Filipepi，1445—1510）是15世紀(jì)末佛羅倫薩的著名畫家，歐洲文藝復(fù)興早期佛羅倫薩畫派的最后一位畫家。受尼德蘭肖像畫的影響，波提切利又是意大利肖像畫的先驅(qū)者。
