這本書(shū)是介紹健康的，告訴你什么是對(duì)你有好處的，打噴嚏是將germs 打出來(lái)，但在打噴嚏時(shí)請(qǐng)注意:抬起你的手用elbow cover the face或者用tissue來(lái)cover，然后把tissue扔掉。食物也是幫助你成長(zhǎng)的，但要eat healthy，它列舉了食物金字塔，告訴各種食物，你每天的進(jìn)食量。然后多運(yùn)動(dòng)，勤刷牙或者用牙線，注意不要有蛀齒。注意安全！

利用碎片時(shí)間教，兒子出生在澳洲，是個(gè)典型的ABC，他的中文啟蒙就是我們家長(zhǎng)，從拼音開(kāi)始，慢慢入門(mén)，不用特意，但要堅(jiān)持，每天堅(jiān)持一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)還是有成就的。
