Emily 5歲時(shí),開(kāi)始報(bào)線下英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu),學(xué)習(xí)模式主要是兒童英文故事舞臺(tái)劇+外教口語(yǔ)。學(xué)了三個(gè)故事,Three little pigs、The Rabbit and the Wolf、The Snow White,Emily學(xué)得很快,總是被老師表?yè)P(yáng),但是我覺(jué)得這對(duì)她來(lái)講太簡(jiǎn)單,太局限了,學(xué)會(huì)的也僅僅只能是流利的背誦這三個(gè)故事并在舞臺(tái)上表演出來(lái)。
可能是因?yàn)槁殬I(yè)的影響,我從小培養(yǎng)Emily分析問(wèn)題,解決問(wèn)題的意識(shí),我們的教案中多次發(fā)現(xiàn)類似的句子,“Eventually, you will acquire communication skills and problem solving skills.”“We can try to let kids solve their own problems. In the process, problem solving skills will be acquired.”
幫助孩子培養(yǎng)良好的品質(zhì)及習(xí)慣
教案中有很多關(guān)于品質(zhì),良好習(xí)慣培養(yǎng)的句子?!癗ever say die.You need to hold on.”“Trust yourself. You will succeed.”是我們經(jīng)常說(shuō)的句子,任何場(chǎng)景都能說(shuō)。很多道理,父母也需要好好琢磨,好好學(xué)習(xí)。
When children feel loved, they do their best. 所以,我有也會(huì)經(jīng)常變著法的夸獎(jiǎng)Emily, 慶幸的是,教案中有足夠多高大上的專業(yè)的句子和詞匯可以順手拈來(lái)。

每次練古箏,我會(huì)說(shuō)My little treasure, you are smart. You inherited mytalent. You can use your passion and knowledge to make a difference.
說(shuō)完,我會(huì)給她一個(gè)大大的擁抱,Mommy will give you a hug as a reward for good behavior. 她有時(shí)會(huì)給我比個(gè)小愛(ài)心,“I will give mommy a heart as a reward for your good behavior.”這時(shí)的空氣格外清新。
第五期結(jié)束的時(shí)候,Emily一口氣讀了前50張卡片,那一刻我能體會(huì)到滿滿的成就感。我們異口同聲的說(shuō),“Trust yourself,you will succeed.” 然后每50張,我們都會(huì)進(jìn)行一個(gè)小小的儀式,總結(jié)前面的,規(guī)劃后續(xù)的。
抱著弟弟陪姐姐讀教案,弟弟就搗蛋,要么尖叫,要么撕扯教案,這時(shí),姐姐會(huì)對(duì)弟弟說(shuō),Stop being so naughty, behave yourself!
弟弟喝牛奶的時(shí)候,姐姐會(huì)對(duì)他說(shuō),You are addicted to milk. Milk is your favourite drink. 弟弟玩車(chē)的時(shí)候,姐姐會(huì)對(duì)他說(shuō),You love the toy car, you are captiavted by the toy car, aren't you?只要能用到弟弟身上的,她就會(huì)對(duì)弟弟說(shuō)。
其實(shí)有些句子,我也會(huì)對(duì)他說(shuō),“Close the curtain,turn off the night. Darkness if the right atmosphere for bedtime.”
有時(shí)關(guān)燈了弟弟就會(huì)抗議,姐姐會(huì)說(shuō)"You are a super-hero. You are brave. You are not scared of the dark".

弟弟1歲10個(gè)月的時(shí)候,有一次在蛋糕店門(mén)口,我讓他倆拍照,弟弟跟著姐姐比了耶的手勢(shì),居然比對(duì)了(平時(shí)都是三個(gè)指頭),然后姐姐問(wèn)我,“You are so smart, you inherited my talent. ”這個(gè)句子對(duì)弟弟說(shuō)可以嗎?弟弟遺傳了我的聰明。
