美國當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間20日，特朗普在美國華盛頓國會山宣誓就任美國第45任總統(tǒng)，經(jīng)過長約17分鐘的就職演講，象征著美國正式步入特朗普時(shí)代。原本就職演講是美國總統(tǒng)大談國際責(zé)任和大國視野的時(shí)機(jī)，特朗普卻一改常態(tài)，繼續(xù)延續(xù)其在競選時(shí)極具個(gè)人色彩的演講風(fēng)格，因此，演講一出，便在各界媒體上激起千層浪。
英國《衛(wèi)報(bào)》The Guardian
英國《衛(wèi)報(bào)》評價(jià)，特朗普自造了一個(gè)極其陰暗的詞語：美國大屠殺（American Carnage），導(dǎo)致這一莊嚴(yán)時(shí)刻籠罩在一片陰霾之下。特朗普特別嚴(yán)厲斥責(zé)在華盛頓特區(qū)的那些兩黨政治精英，認(rèn)為那些人對人民意愿置若罔聞，聽任內(nèi)陸城市在“犯罪、幫派和毒品”中潰爛。

《華爾街日報(bào)》評論：特朗普總統(tǒng)發(fā)表的這番就職演說被歷史學(xué)家和演講撰稿專家稱作是史上最不吉利的就職演說(one of the most ominous inaugural addresses ever)，他再度強(qiáng)調(diào)了競選中渲染的美國衰敗論，同時(shí)把自己置于保護(hù)者的地位，聲稱要保護(hù)美國“那些被遺忘的男男女女”。
面對如此國際大事，怎么少得了網(wǎng)友的吐槽呢？
他們發(fā)現(xiàn)特朗普的演講中竟然引用了《蝙蝠俠》 中大反派Bane的一句臺詞……
還有的網(wǎng)友還感嘆英語專八無用武之地，滿滿的都是四級詞匯（CET-4）。
甚至有的網(wǎng)友還認(rèn)為特朗普偷學(xué)過毛澤東選集。
那特朗普就職演講稿主要講了什么內(nèi)容，讓媒體與網(wǎng)友如此吐槽呢？
特朗普就職演說主要有三大內(nèi)容：
1、與建制派劃清界限
特朗普在其演講中，毫不留情地對兩黨建制派進(jìn)行批判，稱“長久以來，華盛頓的一小群人攫取了利益果實(shí)，代價(jià)卻要由人民來承受?！薄敖ㄖ婆杀Ｗo(hù)的是他們自己，而不是我們國家的公民?！闭J(rèn)為兩黨建制派只顧自己的利益，而置美國公民于不顧。
For too long, a small group in our nation’s Capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost.
一直以來，我們國家首都的一小撮人收獲著執(zhí)政的好處，代價(jià)卻由人民來擔(dān)負(fù)。
Washington flourished – but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered – but the jobs left, and the factories closed. The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country.
華盛頓欣欣向榮，人民卻沒有分享財(cái)富。政客們腰纏萬貫，工作機(jī)會卻越來越少，工廠紛紛倒閉。當(dāng)權(quán)派官官相護(hù)，我們國家的公民卻無人護(hù)佑。
Their victories have not been your victories; their triumphs have not been your triumphs; and while they celebrated in our nation’s capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land.
他們的勝利不是你們的勝利；他們的凱旋不是你們的凱旋；他們在我們國家的首都?xì)g慶，對于全國各處掙扎生存的家庭而言，沒什么值得慶祝的。
2、突出民粹主義色彩。
特朗普強(qiáng)調(diào)就職典禮的核心就是一種信念，堅(jiān)信國家是為服務(wù)人民而存在的。通過自己“將權(quán)力由華盛頓交接到民眾手中”，“讓政府由人民做主”等等方針政策，將自己打造成“民眾利益代言人”。
Today’s ceremony, however, has very special meaning. Because today we are not merely transferring power from one Administration to another, or from one party to another – but we are transferring power from Washington DC and giving it back to you, the people.
然而今天的就職典禮有著特殊的意義。因?yàn)榻裉觳粌H是一屆政府向另一屆政府、或一個(gè)政黨向另一個(gè)政黨的權(quán)力交接，更是把華盛頓特區(qū)的權(quán)力交還給你們，人民。

For many decades, we’ve enriched foreign industry at the expense of American industry; subsidized the armies of other countries while allowing for the very sad depletion of our military; we’ve defended other nations’ borders while refusing to defend our own; and spent trillions and trillions of dollars overseas while America’s infrastructure has fallen into disrepair and decay.
