Hiking/Walking/Scrambling 
Walking in the countryside, going up a hill, a mountain or steep terrain. Sometimes even on snow or rock. Mostly the peak can be reached without the need for certain types of climbing equipment and not involving travel on extremely steep slopes. 

徒步/行走/攀登 
在鄉(xiāng)間行走， 爬山或者陡峭地勢。有時會上雪山或者巖石。大多數(shù)情況下，不需特定登山工具即可登頂，且很少涉及非常陡峭的陡坡。 

Trekking 
Trekking is a longer journey undertaken on foot in areas where common means of transport is generally not available. Trekking is days of walking. 
長途跋涉 
長途跋涉是指在沒有交通工具的地區(qū)較長途的徒步旅行，需要行走很多天。
