Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
Lewis Carroll

Imagine you are Alice and you have just come back from Wonderland. Write a diary entry reflecting your adventures.  Things to include: 
1. Describe Wonderland - How is it different from your everyday life?
2. Describe the 3 highlights of your adventure.
3. Describe how you feel now.  What have you realised / learned on your adventure?
4. Describe what you want for your future.

Dear diary,

I've just had a very curious dream.  It's about a place called wonderland, where a lot of queer creatures live.  For example, there is a white rabbit in a waistcoat, a smoking caterpillar, a vanishing cat and card soldiers serving their queen.  Something you probably won't believe is that I've changed size several times within a day!  

When I was in wonderland, I went to a mad tea party and met a crazy dutchess, and the vanishing cat I told you about earlier.  I like the cat very much because it seemd to be the only creature in wonderland that understood me.  I even came across a turtle with a pig's head.  In the end, there came a queen who liked to say "off with his/her head!", although she didn't really cut off anyone's head.  I think she is empty-headed (although she has a very large head) and riduculous.  

Now that I've thought of my adventures, I am more confused than ever.  Are you?  I learnd that no matter how you change phisically, you are always yourself inside.  I do wish to go back to wonderland to meet my friends again, especially the vanishing cat. I miss him a lot, and he's probably missing me too.

Dear dairy, I really want to tell my sister about my adventures, but I doubt if she would believe me.  Do you think I shall keep it as a secret?
