In the afternoon, Jack and Annie went to the tree house again. They found a book called the rain forest. Then they entered into the Amazon rain forest. First they met the army ants. In order to escape the army ant, Jack and Annie ran to the Amazon river and climbed into a canoe. Then Annie saw many piranhas. Those fish can eat people. So Jack wanted to go back. But they had no paddles. Jack wanted to take one, but he caught a big green snake. They saw a branch, but it was a crocodile. A monkey came to save them and threw mango to them. Annie shouted at the monkey and it stopped. It was raining, the monkey saved them. When Jack and Annie were on the land, they followed the monkey and met the jaguars. The monkey ran away and Jack and Annie followed it to go back to the tree house. The monkey gave them the special thing——mango. Then they went home.
