《where is baby's belly button》
Today we're going to read the book
Where is baby's belly button, by Karen Katz
Let's turn to the first page. Look, there is a baby. The baby is wearing a blue hat. There are some green flowers on it. It looks pretty.
But can you see the baby's face?
Where are baby's eyes?
Oh, they're under her hat. Those are her eyes. One eye, two eyes.
Can you show me where your eyes are? Can you find them? What can you do with you eyes? You can see with you eyes.
Let's turn to next page.
This baby is holding a cup. She is drinking from a cup what do you think she is drinking? Water? Milk? Or maybe is your favorite, juice!
Can you see the baby's mouth? Where is baby's mouth? Let's find out.
It's behind the cup.
Look at her cute little mouth.
And where is your little mouth. What can you do with you mouth? Yes, you can drink and eat with your mouth.
Look at the baby in the yellow and with plaid shirt. She is looking down at her shirt. What do you think she is doing?
Maybe she is trying to find her belly button.
Where is baby's belly button?
Under her shirt.
And, where is your belly button? Maybe you should go check under your shirt, too.
This baby is playing outside with her cat. Meow.
Can you find the baby's feet? Let's check.
Oh, behind the cat. Look at these cute little feet. And the toes.
How about let's count. Ten toes
Where are you feet? And where are your toes? Can you wiggle your toes
The baby is taking a bath.
Bath time!
He has a rubber duck, a green dinosaur, and a toy sailboat. What toy do you like to play with when you are taking a bath?
But now, the baby is not playing with the toys.
Where are baby's hands. Let's see.
Under the bubbles!
Those are the baby's hands.
And now can you show me your hands?
Can you wave hello to the baby? Enjoy your bath time.
Look at the toys on the floor.
There is a wagon, a red ball, and a teddy bear.
I think those belong to the baby.
But where is baby?
Peek a boo
There he is. The baby is behind the blanket.
He is playing peekaboo with us. Now it's time to say bey bey.
