Everytime I think of the name “gorgeous georgians”, especially with the British accent, I kind of want to laugh. Although if I was in the Gorgeous Georgians’ time, I would probably not find it any bit funny. Because I might be hung up and digged up by those awful bodysnatchers and doctors back then. And I would probably die of “makeup” back then.

Yes, the Georgians time is really weird. Fashion, for example, is the least alike from modern time. Women have to tighten their waist, wear wide dresses, paint their faces pale as dead with lead, be ridiculously high, put flowers and even vegetables on their “hair”. Both women and men has to wear a wig. Another example of a strange thing is the medicine. Have you ever heard of fish eyes curing toothache? Or wearing gold earrings to improve eyesight? The thing I remembered the deepest was the thing about people snatching up dead people’s body and sending them to doctors for experiments! Well, is that a good thing or bad thing?

Some of Georgians time are fun though, like there’s already entertainment like acrobatics… There are some pretty fun games I want to play and some not-that-bad food I wouldn’t mind.

In all, my impression of Georgians’ time is interesting. Of course, maybe living in that time period is not such a good idea, but I have to admit I am surprised “old people’s” life can be this… amusing.
