New Class - COMPOSITION and SONGWRITING for EVERYONE with MATS HOLMQUIST 

Learn how to write simple songs to symphonies.Create your own inspired pop, rock, jazz and more! 

This class will teach anyone to how to form a song, write a good melody, how chords and chord progressions interact and the general mechanics of making music work. You will also learn about instrumentation and orchestration, which means writing music that is actually playable with traditional instruments. The class will start with the basics, for those who have never written music before. By the end of course you will become a composer, having learned the requisite skills.

Are you craving for more music knowledge?Do you have trouble keeping on the exact beat with an outside source such as a metronome, counting out loud, with someone singing, or with another instrument?Exercises provided will keep you on beat as you develop precise rhythm skills using a variety of different methods.

Class Instructor Robert Turner, now based in Shanghai, is one of the most requested piano players in from L.A. He has worked with many famous performing artists.Price: 50 RMB 


BISS Summer Fair 

On Saturday May 26th, from 11:00 to 15:00, the JZ School will participate at the BISS Summer Fair. 

We will be promoting our summer camp programs and school.For the event will also be providing 2,500 RMB worth of discount coupons for ballet classes!
