Katie and the Cupcake Cure

Katie’s best friend Callie is acting so odd these days, she didn’t do the hand print activity with Katie and instead went to the mall buying some clothes. 

Katie is the main character in this book, her parents was divorced and she was attending the middle school, but before school started her best friend already started acting odd.

Katie was not the kind of girl that was afraid of middle school, she will not freak out when seeing a pimple on her face. But gues what, she was wrong! She started of very happy and calm as she waited for Callie at the buss stop where the new school buss was supposed to come. 

She waited and waited, finally she saw Katie, but she was not by herself, she was with Sydney and Maggie and Bella. They had never hanged out together, it’s usually only Katie and Callie.

When the girls approached Katie saw that they were wearing the same kind of clothes, thick belts at their waists, brown shirts and a dress of different colors. It was kind of like a uniform but why didn’t they tell Katie they were going to wear that?

This book was about friendship, although you might not have experienced that but it will be great just to know there is that kind of thing happening all around us, then when some friend really ditched you you could still be calm and face it nicely.
