今天小朋友把幼兒園的家長(zhǎng)聯(lián)絡(luò)手冊(cè)拿回來(lái)了。一看這周居然是外教寫(xiě)的點(diǎn)評(píng),不能不說(shuō)老外對(duì)“鼓勵(lì)性教育”這套太在行了,寫(xiě)的點(diǎn)評(píng)家長(zhǎng)看了都會(huì)有點(diǎn)飄.
老師的原話是:Julien is an amazing student. He is well-behaved and performs very well in class. He is smart and can recall all words we have learnt in the previous lessons. He is confident and always wants to try when given the chance. I enjoy having him in class. He is a happy child that always smile. Keep it up!
這是從頭夸到腳呀!一看老師發(fā)的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容,這周才學(xué)了九個(gè)單詞三首歌兩個(gè)句型,老母親真是苦笑不得。不過(guò)跟半年前在巴黎蒙臺(tái)梭利幼兒園的表現(xiàn)相比,娃回國(guó)后幼兒園的進(jìn)步真的不是一點(diǎn)點(diǎn),充滿自信,愛(ài)表現(xiàn),老師問(wèn)問(wèn)題總是把手舉得高高的。之前在巴黎,小朋友大半年都不跟老師說(shuō)一句完整的話。老師也是疫情期間上一對(duì)一網(wǎng)課才發(fā)現(xiàn)小朋友原來(lái)會(huì)說(shuō)很多英語(yǔ)。于是老母親找出了今年六月份離開(kāi)學(xué)校時(shí),巴黎蒙校老師寫(xiě)的評(píng)語(yǔ)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比:Julien is a pleasant child, he is reserved when he first meets people and needs time to adjust. Once comfortable he likes to explore his environment. Julien listens and absorbs his lessons. When he is comfortable with an adult he will talk about all that he has learned, especially his passions: trains , planes, and space ships. He has an extensive vocabulary in English! Julien works well on his own and makes friends easily. We wish him the best at his new school and will miss him next year.
可以看出來(lái)短短三個(gè)月,小朋友從內(nèi)向的“reserved”的小朋友變成一個(gè)“confident”的小朋友了。我想這跟大環(huán)境的語(yǔ)言變化有很大的關(guān)系。在一個(gè)非母語(yǔ)環(huán)境里面,小朋友的語(yǔ)言沉默期會(huì)更長(zhǎng)。只有在母語(yǔ)的環(huán)境里面,小朋友才感覺(jué)到一種安全感,感覺(jué)自己被世界所擁抱,開(kāi)始樂(lè)意去表現(xiàn)自己。雖然失去了英法語(yǔ)雙語(yǔ)的熏陶環(huán)境,但是收獲了一枚“自信滿滿”
“樂(lè)于溝通表現(xiàn)”“禮貌守規(guī)矩”的小朋友又何嘗不是一件幸事呢!加油吧小子!
