This book is a really inspiring nonfiction for girls. There's so much to learn about girls who rocked the world. There are queens here, like queen Victoria...being a queen is very difficult. There are amazing athletes too, like Christen Powell, Sheryl swoops... If you are a girl and you want to be a professional athlete, definitely check out this book. And there are also novelists, painters, scientists and all kind of young girls out there. (There is one Chinese girl in this book, she is a painter. Her name is Wang Yani.) The book also includes little interviews with girls about how they are going to rock the world. To keep this girl power going, everyone have to have a part. So, how are you going to rock the world?

許仙與白素貞的故事大家都很熟悉。這本書塑造的許仙給我的感覺是很老實又有些小心眼，遇上容貌和能力俱佳的白素貞，覺得很幸運但又疑神疑鬼，因此他對白素貞愛得很不放心。而白素貞是因為報恩才找到許仙，但她對許仙的愛遠遠超過了許仙對她的愛。

《戴眼鏡的女孩》講述了主人公卡特琳的童年。不像其他的書，這本書沒有太多的情節(jié)起伏，故事也不長，卻是一個精品。它的內(nèi)容像隨意寫的，但仔細看看還是有很多小小的細節(jié)。我沒有完全明白作者為什么要寫這本書，也許這是一種表達自己情緒的獨特方式。這些簡單，卻含著淡淡溫情的話語配上精美的彩色鉛筆插畫使這本書顯得非常溫暖。
