Hello, everyone. Welcome back to read with Susan again. Why do we hear so many dogs barking? Because we're at a pet show, or we should say it's a dog show. Um, a dog show? I want to go a monkey show. We are watching a monkey show. OK, we're gonna find out who is going to be the Top dog? Let's get started.

Page 1 
Look, it's a dog show. Somany dogs! I see a yellow dog. I see a dog with many dots. Oh, there is a small dog. And this dog is scratching, scratching. This is a black dog with very curly fur. Wow! They're so cute! I love them! Do you like dogs? I like them. Good job! 
Look at all the dogs. Look! Look, Look!Look at all the dogs. Which one do you like best? I like Floppy.

Page 2-3 
We like this dog. Look, this is the judge and this is the judge too. And the judge is giving out an award, award. And here says the 3rd place, because it's so small. Right? This is a little dog, a little, very very little, so cute.

Page 4-5 
Wow, Look at this dog, so big! We like this dog. This is a big dog. Do you like this big dog? And I think I like it, maybe I can ride on it. So this dog got this second place, the second place. Oh, OK, What about Floppy? I don't know.

Page 6-7 
Wow, we all like this dog. Wow, this dog is so tall, so thin and so elegant, wait, the first prize! So this must be the top dog. Wow! Indeed is it very beautiful? It's white, it's tall, it's thin, and it's elegant. We all like this dog. This is the top dog. Wait a minute, but look at Floppy, Floppy is sad, I haven't got an award.

Oh, and then back home. What are they doing? They're having their own ceremony. Look, it says, best of all, because everyone loves Floppy. And for this family, Floppy is the best. So we like Floppy best of all. Because Floppy is our dog. So here is your cup, ticket, please. Now Floppy is so happy. Am I the best monkey of all? Of course, monkey, You are the best monkey of all. Just like Floppy, Floppy is the best dog of all. 

 

But Susan has a question for everyone. Do you think Floppy was happy the whole day? No. Let's Look at this Floppy. Floppy really wants to win and Floppy is thinking, I wanna win. Maybe Floppy is a little nervous. And then Look at this Floppy, Floppy is ready to show himself. Floppy wants the award, I want to win. So Floppy really wants to win. Oh, I know. It's the second place, but still not Floppy. Floppy is a little worried and Floppy is a little not so happy, right? And then, Oh, no, I'm not the winner. Floppy is so sad now. And then back home, everybody made Floppy so happy by saying you are the best of all. I think that's really cool, right? 
 

Ask and answer

1, (P1) What is that? It's a dog show.

2, (P2-3) Why does everyone like this dog? Because it's a little dog.

3, (P4-5) What kind of dog is this? A big dog.

4, (P6-7)And then which dog is the Top dog? It's the top dog.

5, (P8) And then who is the best dog? Floppy, Floppy is the best dog of all.

Do you want to go to a dog show now? And yes, I do. Let's go.
