the expectation is that you will do about 15 minutes of math every night.Since I don’t usually assign that much hoemwrok, please use the remaining time to do IXL.You may review the current work, look ahead the next lesson or look way ahead.

B and C : Blog Think and Discuss questions on pg 111 (Red book) and “ How does using scientific notation make comparing numbers easier?”Please write your post in word or Pages and then copy/paste to your blog.

Group c -Green book Read page 18 carefully. Blog What property would you use first when finding 4.3 x 2.5 x2.Explain. Green book pg 20 10 to 15 Use Mental mental but write steps. No estimation needed.Do #1 to 8, 22 – Do estimation first, then answer the question showing work, 

All- blog : How are the products of 0.3 x 0.5 and 3 x 5 are similar. How are they different and Why?

Division with decimals 

Please continue to estimate before performing the operation.Generally compatible number estimation is easiest with division. 

All: Blog 1) Explain how you can use multiplication to check your answer to a division problem. 

2) Explain the difference in the methods for dividing by whole numbers and dividing by decimal fractions.
