飛飛媽媽加入高端英語一年多了，孩子變化越來越大，生活中說英語越來越自信，前陣子還獲得了福建省分會區(qū)“希望之星”英語風采大賽二等獎。
孩子的優(yōu)秀離不開家長的培養(yǎng)。飛飛媽媽經過一年多學習，現在生活中延伸運用高端英語內容非常好，比如說從旅游時乘坐的交通工具、途中看到的各種風景等，都可以串聯想起很多教案內容，及時給娃輸入，一塊復習。家長能自然運用，孩子也就能自然習得！

很慶幸在娃語言啟蒙時遇到鄭老師，對于走過彎路、迷茫中不知所措的寶媽來說無疑是山重水復疑無路，柳暗花明又一村。
飛飛學習高端英語快1年了，給我?guī)淼囊馔怏@喜越來越多，越來越大。
經常會在生活中延伸應用，比如學習這張卡片時，把家里人都夸一遍。
I admire my mom. She is a marvelous doctor. I admire my dad . He is a marvelous engineer. I admire my grandma . She is a marvelous farmer. I admire my sister . She is a marvelous teacher.
她表姐曾經去國外孔子學院教外國人學中文，飛飛說她也要好好學習英語，長大后出國教更多的人說中文。
當學到 I felt pround sorrow when my dog died.這句時，也是把家里人都die一遍
在我氣急敗壞的時候會安慰我：
Always try to keep your composure even in an emergency.
在我退縮猶豫時會鼓勵我
在我教訓她時，會回我：
You can express your opinion ,but don’t try to impose your ideas on others.
晚上太遲了不想念書時，會教育我：
Early to bed and early to rise make a man healthy,wealthy and wise.

高端英語讓我們不受時間場地限制，隨時隨地可以學習。這不，出去玩的時候還可以一起復習句子。疫情沒法遠行，假期帶家人周邊走走，對孩子來說，家旁邊的公園就是一次旅行。
The world is filled with exciting places to visit. My daughter is ecstatic when I say we can go for a trip.
我們決定去游覽廈門山海健康步道。
We have reached a consensus that we would explore the mountain –to-sea trail.
步道全長23公里，每隔一段都有出入口，休息間，沿途有觀景臺，各種風景區(qū)。我們計劃走其中的10公里。
The trail stretches 23 kilometers.Alongside ,there are supporting facilities ,including the view platforms,parks,service stations and restrooms. It's an ideal fitness and leisure place for local residents and tourists.
我們決定不開車，坐地鐵去；
We should cut down on our private car usage，so we go there by subway.
在地鐵上，飛飛顯得很著急一直問到了沒，我說：
Have a little patience；we will reach the destination soon.
出地鐵口，看到了雄偉壯觀的山海健康步道，上面人山人海。
During holidays，we can see numerous people.Look, there are many tourists. Tourism is an important industry for our city.
沿著步道盤旋而上，到了頂點，
Viewed from the top or summit of mountain –to-sea Trail, the scenery of Xiamen is indeed spectacular.
這后半句還沒說出口，飛飛就接著說，
The people on the ground look like ants. Xiamen has countless skyscrapers. These skyscrapers give the city special character.
看到路邊花朵，
Wow, colorful flowers .Let's enjoy them.We should learn to stop and take notice of beautiful things.
觀景臺的地板是透明的玻璃，飛飛害怕上去，說
I have a phobia about height.
其實我也有點恐高，但是想到下面這個句子（Don’t transmit your fear to your children）我就鼓起勇氣，跟她解釋玻璃是牢固安全的，我們可以手拉手一起上去就不怕了。
I think I can help you.Let's go there together.
走上觀景臺后飛飛就不害怕了，不用牽我的手走。
Knowing what to do is the best way to extinguish all kinds of fears.

衛(wèi)生間洗手盆感應的水龍頭出水小,告訴飛飛，這樣子可以不浪費水。妹妹說
Most of the Earth 's water is salty ocean water. Only 3 percent of the Earth 's water is fresh water.
我接著跟她說
Fresh water is an important resource that we need every day.Fresh water is scarce in China.
因此我們不能浪費水。
沿途衛(wèi)生間旁邊有自動體外除顫儀（AED），整個步道配備了20多臺AED。平時在家里互動時有玩過心肺復蘇的游戲，就著上面的操作指南跟她稍微解釋就明白了。
We should follow the instructions.
The government aims to improve public services . Education and health care are essential public services.
雖然運動有很多好處，也有一定的風險。
Every sport has inherent risks. No matter where you are, remember safety should come first. Your safety and health are our top priorities.
要堅持運動，不能兩天打漁三天曬網，這樣對健康才有利，而且要量力而行。
Vigorous exercise is unsuitable for children. You may do some gentle ,light exercise.
衛(wèi)生間旁邊還配有吸煙室。
飛飛問吸煙對身體不好，為什么還要蓋個吸煙室。跟她說雖然吸煙不好，但還是有人戒不掉煙的，吸煙對自己對周邊的人都有影響。
Smoking is detrimental to your health,and your family's health.
而且對周邊的環(huán)境也有危險,可能引起火災。飛飛就說
A lighted cigarette can ignite a big forest fire.The conflagration may devastate or raze or destroy the forest.
為什么要保護森林？
Forests shelter biodiversity ,provide food and natural resources ,absorb greenhouse gases and regulate the climate.
我說森林是個豐富的資源。
The world's forests are a source of abundance.we must save /conserve trees and forests.
天氣很熱，我提醒孩子們要多喝水。
Sometimes Xiamen is hot and humid.Don't forget to drink water.
走一段后，飛飛說很累，想休息下。
We are exhausted. A decent rest will revive us.
我們就在旁邊樹林找了個地方吃東西，飛飛說是野餐。野餐也不能不講衛(wèi)生，吃東西前要洗手，吃完東西把垃圾收拾好丟進垃圾桶。
Wash your hands before you eat the food. We should bin the rubbish. Spitting and littering in public places are examples of antisocial behavior .
樹林里看到一只蜘蛛在織網，The spider is weaving web.妹妹說蜘蛛是益蟲，雖然長得丑，
The spider appears tough on the outside,but it is actually very kind.
把Quasimodo改成spider 來贊揚蜘蛛。
The spider spins the web to catch the mosquito。
看到一只鳥停在樹上,她說
A bird just settled on the branch. Walk quietly.Don't disturb it.
樹林里還有一些果樹，妹妹說
The world's forests are a source of abundance.

走到和美橋，這是一座比較獨特的橋，和美橋V形橋塔高48米，橋長226.7米，橋塔與主梁通過2根主纜、4根背索以及34根懸掛索形成平衡結構受力體系，其中，主跨達到216.7米，是目前世界上同類型橋梁結構中跨徑最大的橋梁。
The Harmony Bridge is a marvelous feat of engineering.The bridge is a triumph of modern engineering.
步道旁有寺廟，
People built the ancient temple long ago.
走到寺廟路口，飛飛說想去看菩薩，我們就前往寺廟。寺廟口安放兩只大型石頭獅子，妹妹問，為什么這邊有石頭獅子。告訴她石頭獅子是中國傳統(tǒng)建筑中經常使用的一種裝飾物。
在中國的宮殿，寺廟，佛塔，橋梁，府邸，園林，陵墓等地方經常會看到。獅子是我國民俗文化中最為常見的吉祥神獸，它是智慧和力量的化身，有吉祥、繁榮、生生不息的寓意，代表著吉祥，威嚴，莊重象征地位、尊嚴、平安。
The lion is a symbol of dignity and peace in China.
寺廟前面有個大廣場,有很多雕像，有古人互相鞠躬的，有李逵背母的等等。
Filial piety and respect are important values in China.The ancients greeted each other by bowing.
飛飛說日本人打招呼也是鞠躬。
The cultures of China and Japan have many shared features.
沿途飛飛會看到很多我們沒注意的地方，夸夸她：
People say that children are observant. A curious person shows interest in things.
這次計劃走的這段路大概10公里，妹妹走了9公里多，后面實在走不動了，說I am dog-tired.
整理記錄時我再次表揚飛飛那天的表現，自己走那么長的路，說了好多英語。妹妹謙虛地說這是跟媽媽共同的努力。It is a joint effort.
再次感謝鄭老師和她的教學團隊，沒想到帶娃出趟門，可以順道說這么多英語。英語啟蒙已深入到我們家日常生活，能隨時隨地自然說英語，我也非常開心~
