20130401~how to be self-motivated at work

昨天是4月的第一天，微博微信上好些朋友紀(jì)念張國(guó)榮，彈指之間，竟然這么多年已經(jīng)過(guò)去了，一種緊迫的感覺直面而來(lái)，今年真的是要抓緊時(shí)間好好突破英文了，實(shí)現(xiàn)多年的夙愿！ 

從自己的練習(xí)開始吧，練習(xí)的題目是： 
How to be self-motivated at work 
self-motivated 自我激勵(lì)的 

老師點(diǎn)撥我們從幾個(gè)方面去考慮： 
-vision 
-responsibilities 
-teamwork 

昨晚我和一個(gè)新同學(xué)做搭子，畢竟她是第一次來(lái)，怎么做練習(xí)還不大清楚，按照老師的框架，我和她一起討論了整體思路，從目標(biāo)、行動(dòng)、團(tuán)隊(duì)影響的角度去落筆，全文如下： 

Speaking of how to be self-motivated at work, I’d like to point out three sections. Firstly, my desire is to be a team leader within two years. Secondly, I frequently hand in over-standard work to my mentors. Meanwhile, I’m involved in some extra management activities. Thirdly, I’m always full devoted into my tasks I undertook. My consistent passion has positive influence on my team members. In turn, our team is likely to carry out problems we encountered.  

1. my desire is to：我的想法是。 替換 I want ，雖然我們最喜歡也習(xí)慣說(shuō)I want ,還是要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，看小花生不也一直在優(yōu)化版面與功能嗎 ^ ^ 
what's your desire in career planning? 你在職業(yè)規(guī)劃方面有什么想法嗎？ （面試高頻問(wèn)題） 
I respect your desire. 我尊重你的想法。 

2.frequently：經(jīng)常地。替換often ,我們真的很喜歡說(shuō)often,不信你自己說(shuō)說(shuō)看。 

3.hand in：上交。交付工作可用這個(gè)詞組。 

4.over-standard：超過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的。昨晚講“substandard -不合格、不達(dá)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的”時(shí)順便把這個(gè)也記住了，正反義詞放在一起比較容易記牢。 

5.mentor:師傅、上司。還可用superior、line manager,別動(dòng)不動(dòng)就說(shuō)my boss,這樣很容易產(chǎn)生對(duì)立面的感覺，還是前面三個(gè)詞比較中性客觀一點(diǎn)。 

6.be involved in：參與。 只要這個(gè)項(xiàng)目跟你沾點(diǎn)邊都可以用，誰(shuí)不是從小巴拉子開始做起來(lái)的呢，當(dāng)覺得說(shuō)自己是項(xiàng)目的team leader顯得言過(guò)其實(shí)時(shí)，用這個(gè)詞最恰當(dāng)，也能凸顯自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值。 

7.extra: 額外的。我為什么要用這個(gè)詞是有潛在意義的，前面一句表達(dá)了我自己的工作總是高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成，除此之外，我還參與到額外的管理活動(dòng)中，擴(kuò)大自己的職責(zé)范圍，目的是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)team leader的職業(yè)目標(biāo)，積累自己的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 

8.consistent: 持續(xù)的、持之以恒的。也是昨晚的內(nèi)容，我們平時(shí)很少用到。 
表達(dá)自己是屬于一直有上進(jìn)心的、工作表現(xiàn)也一貫很好的怎么說(shuō)呢？ 
I have always been self-motivated and consistently well-performed. 

Our products are consistently good.我們的產(chǎn)品合格率很高。 
Our students' scores are consistently high.我們學(xué)生的成績(jī)一直名列前茅。
