懷二胎，我經(jīng)歷最艱難的一件事......

前幾天我的英國(guó)老師問(wèn)我最近幾個(gè)月怎么樣？有沒(méi)有什么開(kāi)心的事和不開(kāi)心的事？我就發(fā)郵件給她講了講我孕期最倒霉的一件事。

我之前只知道孕婦喜歡頻繁上廁所，但經(jīng)歷這件事我才知道，原來(lái)孕婦也有可能經(jīng)歷尿不出來(lái)的窘境。我給英國(guó)老師寫(xiě)的是英文，為了方便讀者閱讀，我把英文翻譯成了中文。 

當(dāng)媽媽可真是不容易，記錄下來(lái)，以后讀給兒子聽(tīng)。根據(jù)我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，小孩喜歡聽(tīng)媽媽講和自己有關(guān)的、真實(shí)的故事。 

The worst thing that happened to me in September last year was the fact that, suddenly, I could not urinate. （小便）

去年九月發(fā)生在我身上最糟糕的事情就是我突然不能小便了。

One morning, my father and I called a taxi to take Anke to school, and when we returned the weather was agreeable（天氣很好） so, we decided to walk home. Unfortunately, when we were halfway home, I needed to go to the loo（去廁所）; since there was no toilet to be found I had to hold on and try to control myself.（憋著） When I arrived home, I could not urinate properly but luckily, I was able to urinate to a certain degree.

一天早上，我和我爸叫了出租車送安可上學(xué)，回家的時(shí)候，天氣很好，所以我們決定溜達(dá)回去。

倒霉的是，半路上我想上廁所了，但是又找不到可以上廁所的地兒，所以我只能忍著。到家之后，我感覺(jué)小便就不是很正常了，但好歹還能尿出來(lái)。

But several hours later, I could not urinate again! I messaged a friend and she told me to have a hot bath, which I had already taken before I messaged her. Then she told me that I needed to go to A&E（急診室） to get a catheter. （導(dǎo)尿管）

但幾個(gè)小時(shí)候，我又不能小便了！我給一個(gè)朋友發(fā)信息，她告訴我沖個(gè)熱水澡，但是我給她短信前，就已經(jīng)沖過(guò)熱水澡了。然后她告訴我，我得去A&E（accident and emergency的縮寫(xiě)）插個(gè)導(dǎo)尿管。 

I followed her advice and went to the Watford A&E. At that time, I felt extremely uncomfortable but the emergency room was busy and I was told to wait. I waited and waited, and I was about to explode because I was so frustrated！But I was still told to wait for a while because all the doctors were busy.

我接受了她的建議，去了沃特福德急診中心。那個(gè)時(shí)候我已經(jīng)非常不舒服了，但是急診室太忙了，我只能等。等啊等，等得我都快爆炸了，但是醫(yī)生太忙了！

At last, I was called in to have a catheter inserted. The nurse who helped me was an angel!!! I could say nothing but “Thank you sooooo much!” 

終于，醫(yī)生叫我去插導(dǎo)尿管了。那個(gè)幫助我的護(hù)士簡(jiǎn)直就是個(gè)天使！除了說(shuō)非常感謝，我也不知道說(shuō)啥了。

I was told that I would have to have the catheter in for at least 4 weeks. And 1 month later, something strange happened. I felt like I was able to urinate even with a catheter in! So, I went to A&E again. I asked the nurse to remove （取出）the catheter because it made me very uncomfortable at that time. 

The nurse removed the catheter and asked me to drink water so she was able to check if I was able to urinate properly. 

After several tests, she told me that she had to put back a new catheter for me because I still wasn’t able to urinate properly. She showed me the equipment（設(shè)備）, demonstrating（顯示） that there was still urine inside my bladder. （膀胱）After she put back the catheter, I felt that something was wrong and I told her to remove it immediately.

護(hù)士說(shuō)導(dǎo)尿管至少得插1個(gè)月。結(jié)果1個(gè)月后，我感覺(jué)我插著導(dǎo)尿管也能尿了！所以我又去了急診室。我讓護(hù)士給我把導(dǎo)尿管拔出來(lái)，因?yàn)槲夷菚r(shí)候非常不舒服了。

所以護(hù)士給我拔了導(dǎo)尿管，然后她讓我喝水，看我是不是真得可以正常小便了。

做了好幾次測(cè)試，她給我看顯示屏，顯示屏上顯示我的膀胱里仍然有尿，所以她說(shuō)必須再給我插上導(dǎo)尿管。她插上后，我仍然感覺(jué)不舒服，所以我又讓她趕緊取出來(lái)了。

Then a doctor came to me and apologized for not taking my pregnancy into consideration. （take… into consideration把…考慮在內(nèi)）She said that she had asked a very experienced（有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的） doctor and the doctor told her that, for a pregnant woman, this kind of situation was normal. 

后來(lái)醫(yī)生來(lái)了，她給我道歉說(shuō)沒(méi)之前沒(méi)有把我懷孕的事兒考慮進(jìn)去。她說(shuō)她問(wèn)了一位非常有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的醫(yī)生，這個(gè)醫(yī)生告訴她，孕婦出現(xiàn)排尿困難，拍不空尿是非常正常的事情。

Thank God! After 8 hours, I was able to go home! 8 hours in the emergency room. Can you believe that? Because I was in the emergency room for over 8 hours, I was asked to do a COVID-19 test. The doctor told me she was planning to admit me that night. I am glad that she had asked the experienced doctor and that they had been able to 

resolve the problem（解決問(wèn)題）.

謝天謝地！在急診室待了8個(gè)多小時(shí)，我終于可以回家了！因?yàn)榇臅r(shí)間太長(zhǎng)，護(hù)士還給我做了個(gè)核酸檢測(cè)。醫(yī)生說(shuō)他們準(zhǔn)備讓我住院了。幸好她問(wèn)了有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的醫(yī)生，我終于可以回家了。

From that day on, I could urinate properly.

從那以后，我排尿就正常了。

This was the worst thing that happened to me in the last few months.

這就是過(guò)去幾個(gè)月發(fā)生在我身上的最倒霉的事兒。

最后提醒一下大家：雞娃固然重要，但盡力就好。一切都是浮云，健康才是第一。
