The elves worked so hard. There was so much to do!

But sleepy old Sammy Claws hadn't a clue. Sammy just wanted to doze for a while...

但是困倦的Sammy還是一點頭緒也沒有，它只是想休息一下...

but his box was wrapped up and then placed on a pile.

但是突然它的盒子被包裝起來，放在一堆禮物上了。

At six o'clock Santa was ready to go.

6點鐘了，圣誕老人準(zhǔn)備要出發(fā)了。

He jumped in the sleigh with a loud, "Ho! Ho! Ho!"

他跳進(jìn)雪橇上，大聲地笑著，“哈！哈！哈！”

He held the reins tightly, got ready to fly...and off they all sped through the starry night sky.

他緊緊地拉著拴著麋鹿的繩子，準(zhǔn)備要飛起來了...然后他們就在繁星點點的夜空中飛翔起來...

Now, during the trip, they were going so fast that Sammy woke up from his snooze at long last.
