Today, I will be presenting my reflections on my academic behaviors using the SAS Student Learner Profile. The Student Learner Profile is divided into four main categories: Cooperation and Collaboration, Preparation and Organization, Integrity and Attitude, and Active Learning and Effort.
First, I will share my Personal SLP, which shows my self-assessed proficiency in each of the four behavior categories. Then, I will share the behaviors that I am proud of and evidence of how I demonstrate those behaviors in my classes.
Finally, I will share two behavior areas that I would like to improve upon. You can help me during this conference by using the SLP and your parent homework to guide our discussion.

I contribute to my group member on the project to create our own hot air balloon project.
I believe that I am excellent in the field of collaboration and cooperation in science.
In Science, I have demonstrated cooperation and collaboration in the Hot Air Balloon project we recently did. In the period of one class, we created a hot air balloon. Also, we worked together to write up a lab report and the observations that we made. Our hot air balloon was able to stay up for over 32 seconds.
This is the video of our balloon flying, and this shows that I contributed to my group by making the balloon.
?HUMANITIES?
I show cooperation and collaboration in humanities. In our humanities class, we have 5 table groups, each made out of four group members. We compete against each others to see who would get the most points at the end of the week. Some ways to earn points are: caption contest, Vocabulary In Real Life, being on time for class and being quiet, and some other bonus points. I do the caption contest every week and also finds vocabulary in real life in order to earn points for my group.

I show preparation in math. I take notes during class, my notes have a date, a title and shows my steps clearly. I also do my homework daily and always hands them in on time. I show my date, the page number, a title and my steps. My notebook is very easy for people who are reading them to understand. Below are some of my best pages in my notebook.

In Orchestra, I do hard to practice and put enough effort to practice every day. This is a video of me playing a scale before I start playing. I play the scale as a warm up because I can get to know the notes I play.

我的目標(biāo)
我的目標(biāo)是中文成績達到95分。我達到了我的目標(biāo),因為我有100分。為了達到我的目標(biāo),我會每周做周周讀,考試前會復(fù)習(xí),寫作文會用到我學(xué)過的詞匯和句子,所以我盡了我最大的努力去拿到100分。我的下一個目標(biāo)是讀7本中文小說,而且要800頁以上。因為讀書可以讓我學(xué)到更多的寫作方法,還可以提高我的閱讀水平。
我在中文課上干了什么?
我會回家讀在課堂上學(xué)的課文,還會把生詞抄在筆記本上,快到考試了就可以去復(fù)習(xí)。我會留意課文里或閱讀材料里用的很好的句子和手法,并運用在我的寫作上。
我在中文課上最喜歡的活動就是課外閱讀了。比如像周莊的,海上日出等等。我覺得我在課外閱讀里可以學(xué)到很多知識,而且練習(xí)題也可以幫助提高我的閱讀理解。而且我自己在自己的時間里也讀了很多中文書,覺得很開心。
我覺得中文課里的周周讀和寫作很困難。周周讀要看50分鐘的視頻,看完了還要總結(jié)和表達自己的觀點。我一直覺得周周讀的總結(jié)很困難,因為我總是喜歡從視頻里原版的對話抄,所以就不算是我的總結(jié)。我覺得寫作很難,不是因為我寫不出來,而是因為我寫不好。我可以把我想要表達的事情寫出來,但是我認為我的文章寫出來沒有足夠的細節(jié),描寫,寫作手法和感覺。
雖然周周讀很難,但是我覺得周周讀是對我很有幫助的。周周讀訓(xùn)練了我的總結(jié)技巧。周周讀讓我可以把一篇很長的文章或視頻總結(jié)出來精髓。而且周周讀的問題總是讓我可以想到深處,而不是只停留在表面的層次,悟到作者真正想表達的意思。

I participate during class and even though my stamina is very low, I still try hard to keep my time in zone up. I proved myself by all the 100%s I got on daily P.E classes because in order to get 100%, my heart rate has to be above 150 for 30 minutes. I have achieved 100% on all of my daily classes, which shows that I have put it effort in P.E. This is a screenshot of my grades on powerschool.
