She is holding a CD. 

她拿著一張CD。

I guess she is trying to put the CD into the CD player.

我猜她想把CD放在CD機里。

She wants to listen to some music.

她想聽聽音樂。

Where is Biff?
Biff在哪里呢？

I think she is in the kitchen, because I can see a pan, and a big, red pot on the wall.

我覺得她在廚房里，因為我看到墻上掛著一個平底鍋還有一個紅色的鍋。

What’s Biff doing?

Biff在做什么？

She is beating the pan and the pot with a spoon and a whisk.

她正在用勺子和打蛋器敲打這些鍋。

Chip and Kipper are now in the kitchen.
Chip和Kipper也來到了廚房里。

What does Chip have?

Chip有什么呢？

Chip has a tin.

Chip有一個罐頭盒。

He is beating the tin with a spatula.

他正在用鏟子敲打鐵盒子。

What has Kipper got?

Kipper有什么？

Kipper has a can.

Kipper有一個罐子。

He is beating the can with a spoon.

他正在用勺子敲罐子。

What about Dad?

爸爸有什么？

Dad has a bin.

爸爸有一個桶。

He is beating the bin with his hand.

他正在用手拍打桶。

Where is Mum?

Mum is reading a book in another room.

What a din!

好熱鬧啊！

Everyone is playing happily.

大家都敲得很開心。

Here comes Mum.

媽媽也來了。

Mum is wearing her headphones because it is too noisy.

因為太吵了，媽媽戴上了她的耳機。

Is Mum cross?

媽媽生氣了嗎？

No. Mum is not cross.

沒有，媽媽沒有生氣呢。

She is using a feather duster as a wand.

她用一個雞毛撣子來當(dāng)指揮棒。

Oh! She is the conductor。

噢！原來她是指揮呀。

Look! They are now a band.

看看！他們現(xiàn)在是個樂隊了。

What a din!

好熱鬧呀。

Does Floppy like this?

Floppy喜歡這個音樂嗎？

No. I think Floppy is scared by the noise.

不，我覺得Floppy被這些聲音嚇壞了。

廚房里的東西還真是多呢，你知道這些常見的東西用英文怎么說嗎？

平底鍋: pan；鍋: pot；

蒸鍋: boiler；鏟子: spatula；

切菜板: cutting board；烤面包機: toaster

烤箱: oven；打蛋器: whisk

水壺: kettle；刀和叉: knife and fork

勺子: spoon；盤子: plate；碗: bowl

特別提醒

1. 每個寶寶的年齡不一樣，基礎(chǔ)不一樣，不需要完全按照以上文本來講。如果孩子感興趣，就多說一點，不感興趣就少說一點，都沒問題。

2. 只要孩子理解，或看圖能明白，或家長可以用肢體語言或者指物的方式讓孩子明白，就不要翻譯。

3. 如果實在不能理解，可以適當(dāng)解釋，但不需要字對字翻譯。
