不知道你家小孩開始有時(shí)間概念了嗎？我家的已經(jīng)學(xué)會了看時(shí)鐘，并且已經(jīng)初步懂得時(shí)分秒的概念。但是無論孩子多大，他們對時(shí)間總有他們自己的理解，而絕非時(shí)分秒這么簡單。

Time is a funny thing.

時(shí)間是個(gè)有趣的東西。

Dad talks about it a lot.

But I think I know more about time than he does.

但是我覺得我比他更懂時(shí)間。

That's why every morning I'm in charge of letting him know when...

Dad always asks for 'just five more minutes'.

爸爸總是要求“再給我5分鐘”。

He thinks five minutes isn't very long. But that's not true.

他覺得5分鐘并不久。但是其實(shí)那是不對的。

* five minutes isn't very long, 一般來說，表示時(shí)間的名詞，盡管是復(fù)數(shù)，但是作為一個(gè)整體來看，謂語通常用單數(shù)形式。
