任何好的習(xí)慣，都需要從小養(yǎng)成，并且需要有良好的品格做基礎(chǔ)。只有致力于品格的培養(yǎng)，孩子成長的大樹，才能堅固長久，經(jīng)得起風(fēng)雨考驗。

有一本講述孩子品格習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成的書備受海外學(xué)校推崇，叫做《The 7 Habits of Happy Kids》快樂孩子的7個習(xí)慣。國外很多學(xué)校根據(jù)這本書的內(nèi)容，給學(xué)生們畫了一個“7個習(xí)慣樹 / The 7 Habits Tree ”-的海報，作為孩子們品格教育的參照綱領(lǐng)。

這些海報被貼在教室里和家里，時時刻刻提醒孩子們注意自己的想法和言行。

今天，我們就一起來學(xué)習(xí)如何培養(yǎng)孩子的良好品格。

從樹根開始從下往上，這7個習(xí)慣像一棵樹一樣逐漸長成。它們分別是：

做事分主次

從雙贏的角度出發(fā)

先理解別人，再求被人理解

從這張圖上我們可以看出，前3個習(xí)慣是根基，只有做到這些，孩子才能發(fā)展出其他的良好品格。孩子做事有目標(biāo)、有積極性之后，才能探討怎么做，與他人之間的關(guān)系，以及如何提高做事效率。
