這本是廖單中的一本，
曾被選為美國(guó)紐約公共圖書館“每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該知道的100種繪本”。

Today, we're going to read a book about colors.
First, let's take a look at the cover,what can you see?
How many mice do you see?
What color are they?
What are the mice holding in their hands?
What colors do you see?
Once, there were three white mice on a white piece of paper.
從前，有三只白色的老鼠，在一張白紙上。
The cat couldn't find them.
這樣，這只貓就看不見它們
貓為什么看不見它們呢？
把白色的三只小老鼠，放在白色的卡紙上，讓孩子們看，是不是能看的清。
這里出現(xiàn)了，mouse的復(fù)數(shù)形式，mice
不用解釋，我一般就說(shuō)，one mouse, two mice, three mice, four mice..
One day, while the cat was asleep, the mice saw three jars of paint-
一天，當(dāng)貓?jiān)谒X時(shí)，它們發(fā)現(xiàn)三瓶顏料
one red, one yellow, and one blue.
一罐是紅色，一罐是黃色，還有一罐是藍(lán)色的
提前準(zhǔn)備的紅黃藍(lán)三原色可以拿出來(lái)啦
They thought it was Mouse Paint. They climbed right in.
它們以為那些是“老鼠顏料”，所以就爬了進(jìn)去。
Then one was red, one was yellow, and one was blue.
然后，一只變成紅色的老鼠，一只變成色的老鼠，還有一只變成藍(lán)色的老鼠
把準(zhǔn)備好的三只小白鼠，模仿climb（爬）的姿勢(shì)，分別爬到到三色顏料中，很直觀的，三只小白鼠變色啦。
They dripped puddles of paint onto the paper.The puddles looked like fun.
他們把顏料滴在了紙上，這些顏料坑看起來(lái)很好玩兒。
當(dāng)我們把小老鼠從顏料中拿出來(lái)的時(shí)候，顏料夠多的話，就會(huì)有顏料從小老鼠身上滴下來(lái)（drip)
看到puddles對(duì)不對(duì)，可以問(wèn)問(wèn)孩子，猜猜這些小老鼠接下來(lái)會(huì)做什么呢？
聯(lián)想小豬佩奇，jump in the muddy puddles.
The red mouse stepped into a yellow puddle and did a little dance.
紅色的老鼠踏進(jìn)黃色的顏料，在上面跳起舞來(lái)
His red feet stirred the yellow puddle until…
他紅色的腳在黃色的顏料里面攪啊攪直到…
在紙上多倒一些顏料，借助顏料筆，沾上紅色的顏料，在黃色顏料中，攪一攪，看會(huì)發(fā)生什么？（藍(lán)色黃色也這樣做）

“快看”紅色的老鼠說(shuō)，“我的腳變成橙色的了”

But the paint on their fur got sticky and stiff.

So they washed themselves down to a nice soft white

and painted the paper instead. They painted one part red
然后開始在白紙上涂色。他們把一部分涂成紅色

我們也帶著孩子們一起涂色吧
and one part blue
一部分涂成藍(lán)色
They mixed red and yellow to paint an orange part,
它們把紅色和黃色調(diào)在一起，把一部分紙涂成橙色
yellow and blue to paint a green part,
它們把黃色和藍(lán)色調(diào)在一起，把一部分紙涂成綠色
and blue and red to paint a purple part.
用它們把藍(lán)色和紅色調(diào)在一起，把一部分紙涂成紫色
But they left some white because of the cat.
但是為了不被貓發(fā)現(xiàn)，它們留下了一些白色的地方。聰明的小老鼠

這一個(gè)系列，兩本，另一本《Mouse count》是數(shù)學(xué)啟蒙類
整體風(fēng)格非常簡(jiǎn)潔，可以邊玩兒邊學(xué)，還有和這本類似的顏色認(rèn)知繪本，杜萊的《變變變》。
有很多媽媽問(wèn)，孩子不喜歡看繪本怎么辦？
1.閱讀習(xí)慣越早培養(yǎng)，越好培養(yǎng)。
2.選對(duì)繪本了嗎？
《點(diǎn)點(diǎn)點(diǎn)》和《變變變》曾經(jīng)是我想從書架上扔掉的繪本。
剛剛開始給六六挑選繪本（入繪本坑）的時(shí)候，只聽大家說(shuō)這本好，那本好，就入了很多超齡繪本（六六不到一歲入的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，變變變），估計(jì)很多新手媽媽也在正在走我走過(guò)的路。
《點(diǎn)點(diǎn)點(diǎn)》內(nèi)容很多，厚，游戲繪本，需要孩子參與互動(dòng)，需要有點(diǎn)想象力，對(duì)于一歲的寶寶來(lái)說(shuō)，在書架上落灰也很很正常了。
等到六六兩歲的時(shí)候再拿出來(lái)看，已經(jīng)成為連續(xù)好多天每天翻牌的繪本，結(jié)合顏料一起玩變色游戲，大愛。
